Please read these terms carefully before purchasing from our store
These RIM LOGISTIKA, UAB rules for the purchase/sale of goods presented below are a complete set of conditions that apply to the Buyer (hereinafter referred as to the Buyer) and to the Seller of RIM LOGISTIKA, UAB (hereinafter referred as to the Seller).
1. General provisions
1.1. These rules for the purchase/sale of goods (hereinafter referred as to the Rules) are legal document binding on the Parties, which determine the rights, duties, and responsibilities of the Buyers and the Sellers when the Buyers purchases goods from the Sellers e-shop.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or add to these rules at any time, taking into account the requirements set by the legislation. The Buyer is informed about any changes by the Seller on the e-shop when the Buyer purchases from the Seller, the e-shop applies the Rules valid at the time of placing the order.
1.3. The following persons have the right to buy in the online store:
1.3.1. Active natural persons, i.e. individuals who have reached the age of majority and whose capacity is not limited by court order;
1.3.2. Minors between the ages of 14 and 18, only with the consent of their parents or guardians, except in cases where they can independently dispose of their income;
1.3.3. Legal persons;
1.3.4. The authorized representatives of all the above-mentioned persons.
1.4. The Seller, by approving the rules, also guarantees that, based on clause 1.3 of the rules, the Buyer has the right to purchase goods through the Seller's online shop.
1.5. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer, after creating a shopping cart in the Seller online store, specifying the delivery address, choosing the payment method, and familiarizing himself with the Seller's rules, clicks the "Confirm order" button (see point 5. "Ordering goods, prices, payment procedure, deadlines").
1.6. Each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the Seller database and/or in paper format in accordance with the procedure established by the Seller.
2. Privacy policy and protection of personal data
2.1. To order goods in the Seller's electronic store, the Buyer can:
2.1.1. By registering in the Seller online store - entering the data requested during registration;
2.1.2. Without registering in the Seller online store.
2.2. Buyer, when ordering goods according to the methods provided in rules clause 2.1, in the relevant information fields provided by the Seller, the personal data of the Buyer necessary for the proper fulfillment of the goods ordered must be indicated: name, surname, exact delivery address of the goods, telephone number and e-mail address.
2.3. By approving these rules, the Buyer agrees that the Buyer's personal data provided in point 2.2 will be processed for the purpose of analyzing the Seller's activities in the Seller's online store for the sale of goods/services.
2.4. By agreeing to the processing of the Buyer's personal data for the purpose of selling goods/services in the Seller's online store, the Buyer also agrees to the sending of informational messages to the e-mail address and phone number specified by the Buyer, necessary for the fulfillment of the order.
2.5. By registering in the Seller's online store and ordering goods, the Buyer undertakes to protect and not disclose login data to anyone.
2.6. The Buyer agrees that the personal data that he voluntarily provides in the registration form will be processed in accordance with these rules.
2.7. The Buyer has the right to access his personal data and the right to demand correction of incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate personal data, blocking, or deletion by writing an email to info@rimlogistika.lt or by calling +370 687 73414. In such case, the Seller undertakes to fulfill the Buyer's request within 2 working days at the latest.
2.8. The Buyer has the right to receive information from which sources and which personal data were collected, for what purpose they are processed, and to which recipients the data is provided and has been provided for at least one year.
2.9. The Buyer has the right to demand the correction, destruction of his (Buyer's) personal data, or the suspension, except for storage, of his (Buyer's) inappropriate personal data processing actions, when the data is processed in violation of the provisions of the law.
2.10. The Data Controller recognizes and respects the right to privacy of every Buyer who registers in the Seller's online store rimlogistika.lt. The Data Controller collects and uses the Buyer's personal data (name or surname, address, phone number, e-mail address, and other information specified in the registration form of the online store) for processing orders for goods or services or fulfilling other assumed contractual obligations. When placing an order or registering, the Buyer agrees to the rules for the purchase and sale of goods, clause 2.3 of which states that by approving these rules, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided by the Buyer will be processed in the Seller's online store for the sale of goods and services, for the purposes of analyzing the Seller's activities.
2.11. The Data Controller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, with the exception of the Data Controller's partners providing delivery of goods or other services related to the proper fulfillment of the Buyer's order. In all other cases, the Buyer's personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedure provided by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.12. Personal data is processed using secure means that protect this data from unauthorized destruction, disclosure, or other illegal actions.
2.13. The personal data of individuals who have consented to their data being used for direct marketing purposes are stored in an active database and used for 2 years for direct marketing purposes. Buyer data is stored for 2 years from the last purchase. After this term, the customer's data is (automatically) destroyed. Automatic destruction of personal data is supervised by a responsible person.
3. Rights and obligations of the Buyer
3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the Seller's online store in accordance with the procedure set forth in these Rules and other information sections of this online store.
3.2. The Buyer has the right to refuse the contract of purchase/sale of goods with the Seller's online store by notifying the Seller, following the instructions in accordance with the provisions of point 8 of these rules - the return of goods and money, no later than within 14 (fourteen) working days from the day of delivery of the goods, except cases where the contract cannot be cancelled according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.3. The Buyer can exercise the right provided for in point 3.2 of the Rules only if the product has not been damaged or its appearance has not changed substantially, nor has it been used.
3.4. The Buyer undertakes to accept the ordered goods and pay the agreed price for them.
3.5. If the data provided in the Buyer's registration form changes, the Buyer must update them immediately.
3.6. The Buyer undertakes not to pass on his login data to third parties. If the Buyer loses his login data, he must immediately inform the Seller about this via the means of communication indicated in the "Contacts" section (phone/e-mail).
3.7. The Buyer, using the RIM LOGISTIKA, UAB online store, agrees to these purchase and sale Rules and undertakes to comply with them and not to violate the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. Rights and Obligations of the Seller
4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide all the conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the Seller's online store.
4.2. If the Buyer tries to harm the stability and security of the Seller's online store or violates his obligations, the Seller has the right to limit or suspend the Buyer's ability to use the online store immediately and without warning or, in exceptional cases, to cancel the Buyer's registration.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy regarding the Buyer's personal information specified in the Seller's online store registration form.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.
5. Ordering goods, prices, payment procedures, and deadlines
5.1. The Buyer can shop in the Seller's online store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week unless this online store is unavailable due to technical work.
5.2. The contract comes into force from the moment when the Buyer clicks the "Confirm order" button, and after receiving the order, the Seller confirms it by sending a confirmation letter to the Buyer to the e-mail specified by the Buyer.
5.3. The prices of the goods in the Seller's online store and the created order are indicated in euros, including VAT.
5.4. The Buyer pays for the goods in one of the following ways:
5.4.1. Payment with a pre-formed blank, bank transfer through a secure payment system - by selecting one of the logos of the bank you use in the payment window, you will pay without entering any additional data. By choosing such a link, the Buyer is redirected to the bank system he uses, where he only needs to log in and confirm the payment, according to the final payment amount formed in the order, for the selected goods. The order form is filled out automatically, and in this case, the Seller is informed about the successful payment immediately, regardless of the used e-banking system and/or the time of day. In this way, the time of preparation, dispatch, and receipt of the goods is accelerated.
5.4.2. Payment via Paypal system.
5.5. The Seller issues an electronic version of the invoice to the Buyer, which is sent to the Buyer's specified e-mail within 2 business days at the latest. The final invoice will be issued after payment. The paper version of such an invoice is handed over to the Buyer together with the goods, the electronic version is sent to the Buyer's specified e-mail address.
6. Delivery of goods
6.1. The goods are delivered throughout Europe.
6.2. The Buyer whose payment for the products exceeds €30 has the right to free delivery of the goods to the address he specified in Lithuania territory.
6.3. The Buyer, who has chosen the delivery service by courier during the order, undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
6.4. The Buyer undertakes to receive the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to make claims against the Seller for delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.
6.5. The goods are delivered by the delivery service to the address specified in the Buyer's order information, or to the nearest selected post office according to the address specified in the Buyer's order.
6.6. Packages are delivered to Buyers on working days.
6.6.1. At the Buyer's request, in order to receive the goods urgently, the Buyer can contact the Seller and discuss additional delivery methods. For an additional fee, the goods can be delivered by the Seller himself, by bus delivery services, etc. In order to receive the goods in other ways, the Buyer must contact the Seller by e-mail at the address: info@rimlogistika.lt.
6.7. It is not possible to specify the specific time when the order will be delivered to the courier (except for cases where the Buyer makes an additional agreement with the Seller regarding delivery in accordance with Clause 6.6.1 of these rules).
6.8. The shortest time of delivery is 2-3 days.
6.9. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the Buyer on the territory of Lithuania within 7 business days. These terms are preliminary and do not apply in cases where the Seller does not have the necessary goods in stock and the Buyer is informed of the shortage of the ordered goods. At the same time, the Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases, the delivery of the goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller. In this case, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Buyer and coordinate the terms of delivery of the goods.
6.9.1. The goods in the Seller's warehouse are delivered to the Buyer within three working days throughout the territory of Lithuania after the payment of the order. This is valid if the order is placed before 3:00 p.m. when the goods from the warehouse are delivered to the courier service. Orders placed after this deadline are treated as orders placed on the next business day. After the goods have been successfully shipped, the Buyer is informed by an automatic message to the Buyer's specified e-mail address or SMS text messages. Goods are delivered within three business days only under the following conditions:
6.9.1.1. The order is placed before 3:00 p.m. on working days and is paid immediately by bank transfer through the payment system (or by direct bank transfer, if agreed with the Seller);
6.9.1.2. The ordered goods are in the Seller's warehouse, in any other case, the usual rules for the delivery of goods apply;
6.9.2. If the order is placed before 3:00 p.m. on business days, but the payment is made later with the help of a bank transfer or direct payment system, the dispatch of the order is moved to the next working day, and the delivery deadline is postponed by two business days.
6.9.3. Any payment made for an order after 3:00 p.m., on business days, or at any time on non-business days, postpones the order's dispatch deadline to the next business day.
6.10. When the goods are delivered to foreign countries, the delivery may take about 8 - 15 business days.
6.11. If the product is delivered according to individual order, individually agreed delivery terms apply, but the maximum delivery time does not exceed 5 - 6 weeks. Delivery times may vary for individual products. The preliminary deadline is indicated in the shopping cart.
6.12. Ordered goods are always delivered in one shipment, and the Buyer is informed about the delivery times of different goods individually. Several ordered goods can be delivered in separate shipments according to the customer's request for an additional standard delivery fee in accordance with Clause 6 of these rules.
6.13. In all cases, the Seller is released from responsibility for the violation of the deadlines for the delivery of the goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the Buyer's own fault or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
6.14. During the delivery of the goods, the Buyer must check the external condition of the package in the presence of the courier. Upon noticing even the slightest damage to the package, it is necessary to write down notes about the package damage or refuse to accept the package.
6.15. After receiving the package and signing the package transfer document without comments, it is considered that the package has been transferred in good quality, and in this case, claims for external damage to the product will no longer be accepted. In any case, the product warranty obligations remain valid.
6.16. In all cases, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the shipment is delivered in damaged packaging, if the shipment contains unordered goods or the wrong amount of them, or if the goods are incomplete.
6.17. In all cases, if the Buyer notices any damage to the package during the delivery, he must indicate the comments in the package delivery document provided by the courier or write a separate document regarding these violations. The Buyer must do this in the presence of the courier. If such actions are not taken, the Seller is released from responsibility towards the Buyer for product damage related to packaging damage, which the Buyer did not note in the courier's delivery document.
6.18. When delivering goods to the Curonian Spit, an additional fee applies without exception.
7. Product quality and guarantees, warranty service
7.1. The details of each product sold in the Seller's online store are generally indicated in the description of the product attached to each product.
7.2. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape, or other parameters of the goods in the online store may not match the real size, shape, and colour of the goods due to the characteristics of the display (monitor) used by the Buyer.
7.3. The Seller provides the goods with a quality guarantee valid for a certain period of time, the specific term, and other conditions which are specified in the product descriptions.
7.4. If the product is of poor quality, the Buyer may return or exchange the product within 14 calendar days from the day of purchase (receiving the product) in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 8 of these rules.
8. Return and exchange of products and/or money
8.1. If the Buyer wishes to cancel an order for which the goods have not yet been received, or to refuse certain item(s) from a pending but paid order and receive a refund, the Buyer must contact the Seller by e-mail at info@rimlogistika.lt. In other cases of returning goods, the Buyer must follow the following rules:
8.2. Defective or low-quality goods are replaced by the Seller according to the 2001 order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania. June 29 by order no. 217 "Regarding the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items", approved rules for the return and exchange of Items. In all cases, money for returned goods is transferred only to the bank account of the Buyer.
8.3. In order to return the product(s) based on Clause 8.2 of the Rules, the Buyer can do so within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of delivery of the goods to the Buyer by filling out the return form. The Buyer fills out this form in the online store rimlogistika.lt.
8.3.1. If you want to fill out the goods return form in a free form and send it to the Seller by e-mail at info@rimlogistika.lt, then the Buyer must provide real and valid data in this form. If such data is not specified, or the form is not filled in or signed, the Seller has the right not to accept the return.
9. Responsibility of Buyers and Sellers
9.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided by the Buyer. If the Buyer does not provide accurate personal data in the registration form, the Seller is not responsible for the resulting consequences and acquires the right to demand compensation for the direct losses suffered by the Buyer.
9.2. The Buyer is responsible for the actions performed using the Seller's online store.
9.3. The registered Buyer is responsible for the transfer of his login data to third parties. If the services provided by the Seller's online store are used by a third person who has connected to this online store using the Buyer's login data, the Seller considers this person to be the Buyer and all responsibility in such a case rests with the Buyer.
9.4. The Seller is released from any responsibility in cases where losses arise because the Buyer, regardless of the Seller's recommendations and the Buyer's obligations, did not familiarize himself with these Rules, although he was given such an opportunity.
9.5. If the Seller's online store contains links to the web pages of other companies, institutions, organizations, or individuals, the Seller is not responsible for the information or activities carried out there, does not supervise, control those web pages, and does not represent those companies and individuals.
9.6. In case of damage, the guilty Party shall compensate the other Party for direct losses.
10. Marketing and information
10.1. The Seller may initiate various promotions in the online store at his discretion.
10.2. The Seller has the right unilaterally, without separate notice, to change the conditions of the discounts, as well as to cancel them. Any change or cancellation of the terms and conditions of the discounts are valid only going forward, i.e. from the moment of their announcement or from the specific date announced.
10.3. The Seller sends all messages using the contact information specified in the Buyer's registration form.
10.4. The Buyer sends all messages and questions to the phone numbers or e-mail addresses specified in the "Contact" section of the Seller's online store.
10.5. The Seller is not responsible if the Buyer does not receive information or confirmation messages sent due to disruptions in the Internet connection, e-mail service provider networks.
11. Closing provisions
11.1. These Rules for the purchase/sale of goods have been drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disputes are resolved according to the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
