Everything you need to know about shipping and returning products
Delivery in Lithuania
We will deliver the orders to your convenient post office or via the selected courier. As a standard, we deliver goods within 2-3 days. In Lithuania, in case of a large number of orders, a delay is possible - we will inform you about this in a separate message. You will see the exact delivery price and period when choosing the delivery method.
Delivery abroad
We also deliver orders to foreign countries. The price of delivery abroad is calculated individually in the Armtechnology.eu store, specifying the exact delivery address.
Attention. Delivery or product price does not include duty, import, or other. Taxes may apply in the recipient's country. The seller is not responsible for these charges.
All product prices are in EUR and include VAT, but do not include shipping costs.
Returning the goods
Product return policy
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
Requirements for the returned product(s)
The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging, undamaged, unused, in the same set as the Buyer received it, without losing its merchandise appearance (labels in the shipping box intact).
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept the product(s) if it does not meet the requirements specified for the returned product(s).
Are returns free?
Shipping costs for returning the product are covered by the customer. However, if you have received a damaged product or a product that does not meet Armtechnology.eu description of the product's quality, please contact us immediately by mail redzinaldas.mickus@greenlab.lt or by phone +370 687 73414.
How to return the product?
To initiate a return, please complete the return form in the Armtechnology.eu store by logging into your account or entering the same email address you used to order the product(s).

How long does it take to receive money for a returned product?
After receiving the returned product, we assess its condition within 3 working days. If the product meets the requirements for a returned product, the money is returned to the buyer by transfer to the specified bank account within 14 days.
What if I received a damaged product(s) or the wrong product(s) was sent?
